Head of Global Project-Specific Costing (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Global Project-Specific Costing function. In this key role you will steer an international team responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost structures for complex onshore wind projects. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance and Service, ensuring consistency, transparency and strong commercial impact across all regions.

Your tasks:

• Lead and develop the global Project-Specific Costing team across several countries
• Review and validate project cost calculations to secure accuracy and competitiveness
• Align with Sales management and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize cost assumptions and factors
• Approve cost-related risks in regional approval processes
• Further develop and standardize global costing processes and reporting frameworks

Your profile:

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable subject
• Professional experience in project costing, tendering or financial modelling in the wind or construction industries
• Strong analytical mindset with solid knowledge of financial KPIs and procurement strategies
• Proven leadership experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments
• Advanced Excel skills, VBA or SQL beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English; German or Spanish advantageous
