As Head of Heat Operations you are the architect and operational lead of our fastest-growing unit for renewable energy. You will industrially scale heat-pump installations in multi-family buildings and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Your responsibilities
- Team & department building: Lead and develop regional managers, installers, project managers and survey technicians; structure daily workflows and secure target achievement.
- Network management: Build up our subcontractor pool, define selection criteria, negotiate framework agreements and guarantee stable installation capacity.
- Process design: Optimise internal workflows and interfaces; establish digital field-service processes so partners use our apps and apply our quality standards seamlessly.
- Controlling: Monitor project pipeline, budget, schedule adherence and partner quality; report directly to the management board.
- Quality management: Set binding standards for system design and commissioning as guidelines for all external trades.
Your profile
- Degree in building services / renewable energy or comparable qualification with heat-pump expertise.
- ≥5 years professional experience, including 3–4 years in leadership; experience managing subcontractors on large-scale projects.
- Passion for leading young teams; confident in data-driven decisions and process standardisation.
- Experience with field-service apps and digital workflows to steer external partners.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to create win-win situations with specialist contractors.
