As a Yard Worker / Recycling Operative (m/f/d) in Bad Tölz you are a vital part of our operational team. With commitment, a sense of order and responsibility you ensure a clean, safe and smooth workflow at our recycling and waste-management facility.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order on the plant premises in compliance with safety regulations
• Operate industrial trucks, especially forklift trucks, in daily operations
• Sort a wide variety of materials and recyclables
• Operate balers and shredders
• Assist in sorting and recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
• Work closely with colleagues to guarantee smooth daily operations

Your profile

• valid forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain one
• high personal commitment, reliability and motivation
• independent, responsible and meticulous working style
• assertiveness and a strong safety awareness
• German language skills enabling clear communication within the team
