End-to-end onboarding/offboarding incl. hardware life-cycle management
Maintain and update employee database
Time, vacation and sick-leave tracking, drafting contracts, references and HR documents
Interface to payroll, first point of contact for employees and managers
Co-shape the set-up and continuous improvement of our HR department

First experience in HR admin, payroll or invoicing or commercial training / certification as payroll accountant / HR specialist
Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
Fluent German
