Your Day at a Glance
As a member of the product-engineering team you lead the design and project management of electrical distribution transformers. Working closely with manufacturing engineering, procurement, quality and production you ensure customer requirements are met on time and on spec. Your leadership, commitment and creativity directly drive the success of our Network Technologies business unit.

How You Make an Impact

• Manage projects from tender through development and order fulfilment.
• Guarantee compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
• Control technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve engineering processes.
• Approve new components and design changes.
• Solve operational technical issues and support production.
• Carry out any other duties related to the position.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8 years of electrical-engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Québec.
• Positive, constructive and professional attitude.
• Self-driven, highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Strong leadership focused on delivering results.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Native-level French; fluent English for international documentation, customer and supplier interaction.
