About You and The Role
Own daily shipping, receiving and inventory operations at our Houston facility. Ensure flawless receipt, storage, tracking, picking, packing and shipment of materials while meeting safety and quality standards. Maintain warehouse organization, manage dock activities and equipment, conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies. Build strong relationships with OEMs, internal teams and vendors to quickly address shipment or stock issues.

What You'll Do

• Execute all shipping and receiving functions
• Organize dock, warehouse and material-handling equipment
• Allocate and label storage locations per requirements
• Update inventory records and databases; conduct cycle counts
• Identify shortages and alert stakeholders
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment with perfect quality
• Follow all safety and operating procedures
• Troubleshoot inventory, shipment and customer issues to resolution

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years logistics/warehouse experience, ideally in an international supply-chain environment
• Strong customer-service mindset and operational discipline
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experienced with forklifts and pallet jacks
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Authorization to work in the U.S.; valid driver's license in good standing

This is an on-site role based in our Houston office.
