IT/OT Cybersecurity Specialist

Your Day at a Glance

Join a motivated, multidisciplinary and international R&D team that creates secure digital products and solutions for power transmission and distribution. You will collaborate closely with product owners, software developers and system engineers to embed cybersecurity from early research and concept through development and deployment. The role balances innovative research with hands-on engineering, applying solid cybersecurity foundations to both enterprise IT and industrial OT environments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Security-by-Design: Integrate security controls into every stage of digital product creation.
• Research & Innovation: Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and architectural approaches.
• Secure Architecture & Development: Implement IT security principles and automation tools to protect power-system control and automation environments.
• Compliance & Governance: Meet industrial standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP as well as regulatory requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate security topics clearly to diverse stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity, preferably in power, energy or industrial automation.
• Solid expertise in IT security (secure network & system architecture, IAM, cryptography, secure SDLC, monitoring).
• Familiarity with OT/ICS standards (IEC 62443, NERC CIP) and GRC processes.
• Hands-on coding/scripting skills and experience working in agile, multicultural teams; fluent English.
