Junior Account Executive, Network Growth – Dutch Speaker

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Dutch-speaking customers in the “Rated Pipeline” space (high conversion through referrals and inbound inquiries)
• Engage prospects in Benelux & UK by phone, email and webinars to increase response rates and close assessment contracts
• Conduct consultative needs analysis, communicate product benefits and handle objections professionally
• Manage and nurture the assigned lead pool to maximise conversion and revenue
• Identify high-value targets and launch tailored, sales-driven outreach
• Log customer insights in Salesforce and steer KPIs (conversion, outbound volume, pipeline velocity)
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and other teams to optimise the customer experience

Requirements

• Min. 2 years in a customer-facing or sales role, preferably inbound/inside sales or upselling
• Full professional fluency in Dutch & English and strong understanding of Benelux business culture
• Cold-calling experience and high call-volume readiness
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong organisation and time-management skills, highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international team
• Passionate about sustainable supply chains and accelerating the transition to a sustainable economy
