Junior I&C Project Engineer

Are you a recent graduate or have up to 2 years of experience in engineering roles? Are you eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Junior I&C Project Engineer who will be trained and mentored to become a key contributor in our project execution teams. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and will gradually take on more responsibilities as you develop your skills.

How You’ll Make an Impact

During your initial period, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you grow into the following responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of I&C (Instrumentation & Control) project activities with particular reference to electrical engineering for protections and control panels design, construciton and testing.
• Support the preparation of technical specifications and participate in design reviews.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure project requirements are met and quality standards are maintained. Participate in meetings with internal teams and external partners, learning to communicate effectively in a project environment.
• Contribute to the development of project schedules and monitor progress under guidance.
• Learn to identify and address technical issues, escalating to senior team members as needed.
• Gradually take on more complex tasks, such as supporting commissioning activities and troubleshooting, as your experience grows.

What You Bring

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Automation, or related fields).
• Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles (internships, thesis projects, or entry-level positions).
• Strong motivation to learn and develop technical and project management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability to travel for limited periods of time for meetings c/o client premises, supervision of site activities such as erection and commissioning.
• You have good English proficiency, both written and spoken, and you are fluent in Italian.
