Key Account Manager – Protection & Control

Your contribution
As Key Account Manager you ensure business continuity within Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies sales team in Brazil. You own the expansion and care of a portfolio of strategic existing customers and align your activities with the Latin-America sales objectives. Your focus areas: strategic account planning & growth, client relationship management & service excellence, as well as sales operations & reporting.
Your responsibilities
  • Develop medium- and long-term sales plans for key accounts; protect, grow and diversify revenue streams
  • Identify and pursue cross- and upselling opportunities across multiple Grid Technologies business lines
  • Co-develop new sales processes and standards that measurably influence Brazilian sales success
  • Act as the primary C-level contact, cultivating and expanding executive relationships
  • Steer complex customer issues, coordinate internal teams and ensure highest customer satisfaction
  • Conduct business reviews, report performance, gather feedback and identify further opportunities
  • Maintain forecast and opportunity pipeline in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Create comprehensive presentations and reports for customers and leadership
  • Analyse customer retention, market opportunities and trends to support regional sales strategy
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Several years of proven key-account-management or technical sales experience, preferably in the energy or grid-technology sector
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments
  • Fluent English
