Lean Expert

A snapshot of your day

As a Lean Six-Sigma expert you will sustainably shape the processes of the Europe/Africa Gas Services region. You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with diverse teams and exceed customer expectations.

Your responsibilities

• Develop frameworks, governance and best practices for continuous improvement together with Lean Program Managers
• Lead strategic planning of Lean transformation roadmaps for multiple business units
• Integrate Lean principles into business objectives with senior stakeholders
• Coach leaders and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Your profile

• Completed engineering degree or comparable technical education with project management experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification (min. Black Belt) and practical experience with related tools/methods
• Expertise in Continuous Improvement and Technical Quality Management, including Root Cause Analysis
• Knowledge of Quality Management Standards such as ISO 9001
• Proactive, self-reliant and team-oriented; excellent English skills, German an advantage; willingness to travel

Gas Services bundles gas turbines, steam turbines and generators for low-emission power generation. We modernize and digitalize plants and develop decarbonization solutions.
