Your responsibilities

Dispatching: Daily planning and optimisation of efficient tours at the Töpen site.
Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate and develop a multi-person dispatch team while coordinating around 100 drivers.
KPIs & Efficiency: Continuous process analysis and optimisation based on monthly KPIs to improve profitability and efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with legal regulations.
Fleet Management: Monitor vehicle fleet and flexibly adapt dispatch processes to changing conditions while keeping customer needs in focus.
Interface Management: Close cooperation with intralogistics, regional teams and suppliers to guarantee smooth information flow.

Your profile

Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, business administration or comparable field.
Training licence (AdA certificate) desirable.
Several years of leadership experience in transport/logistics.
Strong organisational talent, strategic mindset, excellent communication and assertiveness.
Confident use of logistics-related IT systems.
