Your responsibilities
- Dispatching: Daily planning and optimisation of efficient tours at the Töpen site.
- Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate and develop a multi-person dispatch team while coordinating around 100 drivers.
- KPIs & Efficiency: Continuous process analysis and optimisation based on monthly KPIs to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with legal regulations.
- Fleet Management: Monitor vehicle fleet and flexibly adapt dispatch processes to changing conditions while keeping customer needs in focus.
- Interface Management: Close cooperation with intralogistics, regional teams and suppliers to guarantee smooth information flow.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, business administration or comparable field.
- Training licence (AdA certificate) desirable.
- Several years of leadership experience in transport/logistics.
- Strong organisational talent, strategic mindset, excellent communication and assertiveness.
- Confident use of logistics-related IT systems.
