Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor material procurement and delivery for solar construction sites
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal project teams
• Maintain and update inventory data in ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Airtable, Salesforce)
• Proactively identify and resolve supply bottlenecks or schedule risks
• Apply a structured, analytical approach to continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or logistics apprenticeship or comparable experience
• Negotiation-level German (C2) and good English (C1)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; first experience with CRM/ERP systems welcome
• Analytical, structured mindset with high self-initiative
• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
