Your Role
As Logistics Project Manager in our GS Solution organization you will manage national and international projects in accordance with transport contracts and general terms and conditions. You ensure on-time, budget-compliant deliveries while minimizing risks.

Your Responsibilities

Project management and controlling for simple to complex logistics projects; verification of costs, prices, schedules and contractual requirements
Coordination of all shipment types (heavy lift, out-of-gauge, general cargo) incl. budget ownership, cost-saving initiatives and risk management
Optimization of shipping schedules based on customer priorities for timely site delivery
Compilation of shippable consignments in compliance with export, customs, banking, insurance and dangerous-goods regulations
Preparation and alignment of all import/export and customs documents to meet internal and legal requirements

Your Qualifications

Degree in business administration or similar, preferably with focus on logistics
Professional experience in logistics; ideally design, calculation and execution of international projects with customer- and country-specific requirements
Proven ability to work in international, cross-functional teams; solid contract and logistics know-how
Experience in risk, claim and opportunity management beneficial
Excellent command of German and English
Strong MS Office skills; basic SAP knowledge
