Manufacturing Engineer – Ceramic Core

Siemens Energy’s blade and vane casting facility in Gibsonton, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Ceramic-Core Product Engineer. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate on design reviews and quotations with Siemens Energy design engineers
• Define process-relevant core geometry in alignment with engineering and production teams
• Plan material and equipment needs and lead core-development projects
• Develop new products with internal and external customers to meet program requirements
• Review customer specifications and drawings to determine procedures, tests and routing
• Identify product and tooling improvements, coordinate reworks and validate results

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in the investment-casting supply chain, preferably in core or casting manufacturing
• Aerospace casting experience preferred
• Six Sigma training (Green or Black Belt) preferred
• Legal U.S. work authorization without future employer-sponsored visa required
• U.S. export-license eligibility; ability to work with export-controlled technology
