Manufacturing Technician – Wax Assembly (2nd Shift 2 pm–10 pm)

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will work with metal plates and EQ sprue molds in the wax-assembly process. After training, you follow work instructions precisely to produce top-quality parts at our Gibsonton, Florida site.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Assemble DS and EQ molds and other wax components per established methods.
• Operate small hydrogen torches, hot plates, brushes, hot wax, irons and specialized hand tools.
• Patch, smooth and fill sprue areas following written instructions and photo guides.
• Weld pour cups with correct orientation, inspect sprues, plates and sub-assemblies for defects.
• Adhere to additional directions and cross-train in other areas as required.

What You Bring

• High-school diploma or GED.
• Technical aptitude, keen attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math in metric units; ability to read engineering work instructions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• U.S. export license (Commerce/State) required; willingness to handle export-controlled technology.
