We are recruiting on behalf of GreenCycle GmbH.

Your responsibilities

• Operate and monitor recyclable material loads; ensure smooth processing of all daily orders.
• Act as the central interface with logistics departments, coordinate scheduling requirements and provide all information needed for efficient transport execution.
• Handle complete order administration: from load entry to billing preparation and invoice verification.
• Maintain master data and documentation; ensure certificates and evidence for cycle transparency are up-to-date in the system.
• Support subject-matter experts in daily operations; process supplier and internal inquiries professionally and solution-oriented.

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk, wholesale & foreign trade clerk) or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in operational order processing or internal sales, ideally involving material or goods flows.
• Confident use of order-management systems and Google Workspace.
• High level of accuracy and organizational talent, especially in schedule coordination and shipment data maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with logistics, accounting and other internal departments.
• Fluent German and good English for our international environment.
