Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls: provide price and product information, accept and process orders and contract changes.
• Create and maintain customer offers; coordinate closely with dispatch to secure optimal appointment availability.
• Solve complaints competently and answer questions regarding our webshop and customer portal.
• Act as the competent contact for all service questions around our product portfolio.

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Professional experience in service sales is an advantage.
• Strong customer orientation, confident communication, team spirit and negotiation skills.
• Confident use of SAP and MS Office.
