About us

Enpal is Germany's leading photovoltaic provider, having installed nearly 70,000 solar systems. Since 2023 we also offer heat pumps and installed over 1,000 units in our first year. For 2024 we target five- to ten-fold growth. We are building a motivated team that wants to grow with us into the world's largest energy company.

Your tasks

• Train our installation teams on-site at customer premises
• Oversee the installation of air-to-water heat pumps through to successful commissioning
• Pass on your knowledge with enthusiasm
• Assess quality, safety, technical expertise and customer interaction; identify improvement potential

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in plumbing, heating and cooling (SHK)
• Strong communication skills
• Team player who can inspire others
• Willingness to travel on weekdays; class B driving licence required
• Good English skills preferred
