As Branch Manager of PreZero Heilbronn you ensure smooth operational and strategic workflows. Leading around 100 employees, you are the primary contact and continuously drive operational improvements.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and motivate c. 100 employees; maintain open communication and quickly resolve concerns
• Own branch KPIs: fleet deployment, staff scheduling, employee satisfaction, budget control and full legal and safety compliance
• Identify and implement optimisation measures for operational processes
• Prepare and monitor the annual branch budget
• Guarantee workplace safety, UVV and fire protection; coordinate inspections of machinery and equipment

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience with proven success in boosting efficiency and productivity
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex logistics and react quickly to disruptions
• Solid expertise in waste management legislation (KrWG, EfbV), dangerous goods, occupational health & safety and road haulage
• Passion for environmental protection and sustainable waste management
• High degree of personal accountability and decision-making ability
