Administration

Ensure smooth office operations at all dena sites: manage reception, supervise switchboard and email inboxes, and professionally welcome customers, partners and suppliers.

  • Host guests, maintain and equip office and meeting rooms
  • Handle mail, office supplies, correspondence and national/international courier services
  • Commission service providers, run independent projects

Part-time or full-time, fixed-term until 31 Dec 2026.

Your profile:

  • Vocational training as office or hotel management clerk or similar
  • Several years of experience, proficient in Office 365
  • Excellent German and good written & spoken English
  • Strong organizational and service skills, team player
