Your Responsibilities

• As (Junior) Product Owner (m/f/d) at GreenCycle you actively drive digital transformation in your business area.
• You take full responsibility for requirements engineering and the product backlog, define and prioritise user stories in a value-driven way.
• You help us migrate from classic project management to accountable product ownership and establish this new approach.
• You plan and implement digitalisation projects independently, transparently and in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.
• Working autonomously on projects, you use digital solutions to optimise national and international customer processes.
• You think in a customer- and process-oriented way and use ERP, CRM, low-code and BI technologies to deliver measurable value.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration with IT focus (e.g. Digital Transformation, IT Management) or Business Informatics.
• First experience as Product Owner, in IT project management or digital product management is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and basics of classic project management.
• Analytical mindset and experience in process modelling.
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent German and English, written and spoken.
• Initiative, customer focus, communication and presentation skills plus strong team spirit.
