When do you start?

About the role

• Handle customer enquiries that come in via our website and conduct in-depth consultations on clean energy and heating topics.
• Gather all necessary information to identify the best solution for our customers and ensure further qualification of the leads.
• Schedule on-site visits to present our clean energy and heating solutions and better understand customer needs.
• Act as a key interface, enter all information carefully into our CRM system and pass it on to our technicians.

What you should bring

• First experience in customer contact, e.g. from gastronomy, sales or a call centre.
• High affinity for IT.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Strong organisational and planning skills and the ability to prioritise.
• Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Self-reliance and self-motivation and the ability to act on your own responsibility.
• Fluent German, spoken and written.
