Role
- Support our Revenue or B2B Sales Enablement team in daily operations.
- Work closely with sales leadership to implement process improvements.
- Create and analyse KPIs to make our sales process more efficient.
- Identify recurring issues and independently drive solution-oriented actions.
- Help build and continuously improve our sales operations structure.
Requirements
- Current studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- First practical experience through internships in sales, controlling or business development preferred.
- Strong interest in revenue management and data-driven work.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a self-starter mindset.
- Native-level German and good English (written and spoken).
