Road Supervisor (Mobile, AL)
You will oversee service operations for “The Wave”, supervise driver performance, train drivers, support riders, de-escalate conflicts and manage incidents. When required you will also operate as a driver, lead by example and deliver excellent customer service. Full-time, shift-based, approx. 40–45 h/week (8–9 h shifts), based in Mobile, AL. Evening, Saturday and extended shifts occasionally required.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct driver performance reviews and provide coaching
• Design and deliver training for new hires and ongoing driver development
• Resolve customer complaints and make service decisions
• Prioritise and solve operational issues in real time
• Attend accident scenes and follow incident protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes and tools
• Safely operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles
• Apply Via operating and safety standards
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

Who You Are

• 3+ years transportation experience, incl. 1 year in a supervisory role
• High-school diploma or equivalent; degree/certs in logistics a plus
• Minimum age 25
• Valid CDL with Passenger endorsement and clean driving record
• Strong communicator with proven conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient with tablets and standard office software (Google Suite)
• Excellent knowledge of Mobile, AL and surrounding area
• Able to operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles safely
• Service-oriented and flexible for evenings/weekends
• Must pass drug test, criminal background and MVR checks

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 45,000–55,000 p.a. (DOE) ≈ USD 3,750–4,583 monthly gross
