Your responsibilities

Holistic consulting and sale of PV, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and the EMS “Heartbeat” to residential and small-commercial customers
Self-managed scheduling of customer appointments, quotations and efficient processing of pre-qualified leads from the 1KOMMA5° network
End-to-end support from first contact to contract signing and seamless hand-over to project coordination and site management
Active contribution to optimizing regional sales processes

What you bring

Initial sales experience or strong motivation to sell complex consumer products; PV/heat-pump background welcome
Excellent communication, empathy and technical aptitude to explain energy solutions in simple terms
Persuasive, transparent customer approach in fluent business-level German
Passion for sustainable energy solutions and personal development
