Your responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth daily operations within the team
• Coordinating and organising the Biomichl team with focus and assertiveness
• Receiving and shelving goods, cash reconciliation and ordering
• Proper product presentation
• Close coordination with colleagues and management to improve our processes
• Thorough training of new colleagues and apprentices

Your profile

• Ideally completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in organic, food or retail sectors
• Passion for sustainable shopping, high quality standards and excellent customer service
• Ready to take responsibility and lead the team efficiently even in stressful situations
• Good computer skills
