Senior Sales Decarbonization – Control Solutions

Your mission

As Senior Sales Manager you advise customers on modern control, automation and digital solutions for renewable and hybrid energy systems. You own the full sales cycle – from needs analysis and tailored proposals to contract closure – and position Siemens Energy as the partner for integrated energy and digital-trust solutions.

Your focus

  • Sell SCADA, EMS, micro-grid and hybrid controls plus cyber-compliance solutions for critical infrastructure
  • Expand strategic customer relationships with utilities, IPPs, industrial companies and data-centre operators
  • Lead technical and commercial negotiations with engineering, operations and C-level stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with bid management, engineering and portfolio teams to create differentiated offers

Your background

  • Degree in electrical, energy, automation or IT engineering plus several years of experience in SCADA, EMS, IEC 61850 or substation automation
  • Proven track record in technical B2B sales of complex automation or digital projects
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally 30–40 %
