Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer – C# (m/f/d) you will solve complex challenges in renewable energy: from digitalising solar-panel planning with user-friendly front-ends to building real-time energy-data APIs and operating cloud infrastructure at scale in Azure.

• Build high-quality, scalable and testable software that delivers measurable value to customers in short iterations
• Automate deployments, load and security testing to maximise developer happiness
• Work on micro-service architectures, event-driven design and the integration of cloud-native and legacy systems (Salesforce, IoT)
• Drive architectural decisions together with Product Management and Business units in a lean, experiment-driven environment
• Collect insights from installers, sales and operations to create truly user-centric solutions

Qualifications

• Several years of experience delivering maintainable, production-grade software with C#
• Ability to set up and run CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure independently (Azure)
• Solid knowledge of micro-service architecture, design patterns and event-driven architecture
• Openness to work with our stack: C#, Node.js, React, MongoDB, Flutter; Salesforce experience a plus
• Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Passion for the energy transition and an agile mindset (MVP, user feedback, continuous improvement)
