Your responsibilities

Organisation, presentation and customer care in our showroom
Initial phone contact and pre-qualification of customer enquiries
Support of sales initiatives together with the Sales Team
Order acceptance and complete data entry in the CRM system
Maintenance of customer data, tracking interactions and creating reports
Active professional development through training and on-the-job learning
Contribution to process optimisation and shaping your career at 1KOMMA5°
