STCL R&T Industrial Cybersecurity Expert

Your Role

As Industrial Cybersecurity Expert you drive OT security in our global manufacturing plants. You advise factory teams on secure shop-floor IT/OT infrastructure, translate governance policies into practical measures, capture security requirements from production and create hardening guidelines for Siemens and third-party equipment. Working closely with GT ICS, SE CYS/IT and Digitalization GPO, you accompany security topics throughout the entire product lifecycle – from specification to documentation.

Your Profile

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in IT security, computer science or electrical engineering with security focus – or comparable practical experience
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing IT/OT, IIoT, Connected Factory and security technologies for industrial environments
• Experience with risk-based methods (Threat & Risk Analysis), incident/vulnerability management and international IT/OT security standards
• Solution-oriented, strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
