Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management, duty scheduling and holiday planning
• Onboarding of apprentices and new employees
• Execution of regular stock takes
• Professional product presentation and consistent range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable, attractive store appearance

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably in the organic sector
• Passion for organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Enjoy selling and a keen sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience (e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy)
• Strong initiative, reliability and sense of responsibility
