Your profile
- Qualification as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic food focus
- Interest in organic foods
- Enjoy selling and a feel for customer needs
- Initial experience in team-oriented leadership of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as a shift supervisor (m/f/d) or daily deputy (m/f/d)
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
