Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and scheduling
• Holiday and shift planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Merchandise presentation and range maintenance according to Biomarkt standards
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed training as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food
• Enjoy selling and a feel for customer needs
• First leadership experience (e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy)
• Initiative and high sense of responsibility
