Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a feel for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
