Your Tasks

• Team-oriented staff management and scheduling
• Holiday planning and onboarding of new employees
• Practical training of apprentices (m/f/d)
• Carrying out inventories and range maintenance
• Product presentation and ensuring a flawless store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Enthusiasm for organic food and enjoyment of sales
• Customer orientation and a feel for customer needs
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
