Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and shift coordination
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a feeling for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership of employees, e.g. as shift manager or daily deputy
• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
