Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership & scheduling
• Holiday and duty roster planning
• On-boarding of new employees and trainees
• Conducting inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food
• Sales enthusiasm and strong customer focus
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift or deputy manager
• Initiative and high sense of responsibility
