Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Onboarding of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Degree as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a feel for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
