Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an immaculate appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Interest in organic food
• Passion for sales and strong customer focus
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift or day supervisor
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
