Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and holiday planning
• Onboarding of apprentices and new employees (m/f/d)
• Conducting inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally focused on organic products
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a feel for customer needs
• Initial experience in team-oriented leadership of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
