As Deputy Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) in Eitting you will take responsibility for smooth plant operations. Your technical expertise, organisational talent and leadership skills ensure that all processes run efficiently and safely.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor all plant functions from the control room to guarantee continuous, safe operation
• Start treatment processes, check emission values and keep accurate process documentation
• Manage drum-hall loading, create incineration schedules and monitor container stock levels
• Support the shift supervisor with maintenance requests, safety training and shift planning

Your profile

• Completed chemical-technical training, e.g. as chemical operator (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience in control room and large-plant operation, preferably with first insights into the waste-management sector
• Initial leadership experience and strong communication skills
• Solid knowledge of occupational-safety regulations and safety standards
