As Strategy and Operations Principal, you will run a first-of-its-kind, intermodal transit service while gaining exposure to a fast-paced tech company. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and partnership management; you will write the playbook, not follow one.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operating strategy for Via’s service on behalf of our partner
- Develop and continuously refine operating plans, staffing models, and schedules for a 24/7 operation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and customer experience
- Act as the face of the operation, building trusted relationships with drivers, customers, stakeholders, and local partners
- Define KPIs, analyze performance trends, and translate insights into weekly and monthly action plans
- Prepare and present reports on performance, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations
Your Profile:
- 6+ years leading complex operations; Bachelor’s degree required
- Independent self-starter thriving in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments

- Strong analytical thinker who uses data to drive strategy

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $145,000 – $170,000 gross per year plus equity & variable pay
