Strategy and Operations Principal, Partner Operations

As Strategy and Operations Principal, you will run a first-of-its-kind, intermodal transit service while gaining exposure to a fast-paced tech company. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and partnership management; you will write the playbook, not follow one.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end operating strategy for Via’s service on behalf of our partner
• Develop and continuously refine operating plans, staffing models, and schedules for a 24/7 operation
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and customer experience
• Act as the face of the operation, building trusted relationships with drivers, customers, stakeholders, and local partners
• Define KPIs, analyze performance trends, and translate insights into weekly and monthly action plans
• Prepare and present reports on performance, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations

Your Profile:

• 6+ years leading complex operations; Bachelor’s degree required
• Independent self-starter thriving in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
• Savvy communicator who finds the right tone for every audience
• Demonstrated commitment to world-class customer service and team leadership
• Strong analytical thinker who uses data to drive strategy
• Flexible, adaptable, and creative problem-solver

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $145,000 – $170,000 gross per year plus equity & variable pay
