Working Student (f/m/d) Contact Management & Event Planning

The Municipal Heat Transition Competence Centre (KWW) of the German Energy Agency (dena) has supported municipalities in the heat transition on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action since April 2022 in Halle (Saale). We prepare practice-oriented knowledge, networks and advisory materials and make them available to stakeholders throughout Germany. More information: www.kww-halle.de

In our knowledge-transfer team you will:

  • Manage contacts and maintain our CRM system
  • Help plan, run and evaluate digital events
  • Research and monitor developments in heat transition and municipal heat planning
  • Create presentations, texts and website content
  • Support project work, e.g. drafting reports

Your profile:

  • At least 4th semester or Master’s study in energy, political, economic or communication sciences or similar
  • Interest in energy transition, sustainability and municipal structures
  • Self-reliant, careful and proactive working style
  • Strong MS Office skills; basic CRM knowledge preferred
  • Experience in event management desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Residence in Halle/Leipzig area required
