Your Day-to-Day

Manage supplier qualification for machining processes of gas turbine components
Provide technical support to suppliers on qualifications, quality, schedules and costs
Develop and industrialize new manufacturing processes at supplier sites
Act as primary contact for technical questions and quality issues
Interface between design/engineering and manufacturing
Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and drive optimizations
Participate in larger projects with increasing responsibility

Make an Impact

What You Bring

University degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials science or related
Several years of experience in machining processes (grinding, milling, EDM, STEM drilling)
Project management experience in technical environment
Cross-functional collaboration experience with turbine hot-gas-path components
Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (~25%)
Fluent German and English
