You will lead our multinational Instrumentation & Control commissioning team on worldwide projects—from ultra-low-emission power plants to grid-stabilising and battery-storage systems—actively driving the global energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead and technically mentor a global team of gas- and steam-turbine I&C and governor commissioning engineers, allocating staff to international projects in close cooperation with project management
Guide the team through the complete commissioning cycle, from first site activities to successful hand-over to the customer
Coordinate internal and external personnel providers worldwide
Work closely with Gas & Steam Turbine Engineering to feed field experience into continuous product improvement

What You Bring

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Robotics or Control Engineering (BSc/MSc) plus several years of relevant experience in commissioning or development of turbine control systems
Proficiency with MS Office
Business-fluent German and fluent English
Self-reliant, quality-focused personality with strong team spirit
Decision-making ability and openness to other cultures
Valid class-B driving licence (Germany)
