Your responsibilities

Lead and mentor the regional PV project team (senior, mid-level and junior PMs as well as working students) both disciplinarily and technically, and support them in complex clarification cases
Manage your own PV projects in daily operations (roof-top PV, multi-family houses, single-family houses, tenant electricity)
Control the quality of PV tenant-electricity projects and ensure that your team meets its targets
Support project managers in client and subcontractor communication and in technically demanding situations
Guarantee process and installation quality while complying with quality, process and budget requirements
Coordinate closely with the department head on prioritisation, capacity planning and further development of tools and processes

Your profile

Several years of experience in PV project management with solid knowledge of regulations and technical feasibility
Proven ability to steer projects safely and familiarity with standard construction workflows and cooperation with electrical and PV contractors
Confident communication with customers and subcontractors while maintaining quality standards
Ability to make pragmatic decisions under uncertainty and to drive topics independently
Driving licence class B for regular presence in our Cologne office and site visits
Advantageous: previous experience in leading or mentoring a project team
