The Production Department ensures manufacturing plans are realised to quality, cost and time demands while safeguarding process stability. We continuously apply LEAN thinking to eliminate waste, improve KPIs and support our unique position in the energy transition.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading a team of production operators and organising efficient shift work
• Enforcing EHS standards and high product quality
• Executing the production plan, monitoring throughput & on-time delivery
• Material-consumption tracking and cycle-time control
• LEAN optimisation activities and rapid problem solving
• Close liaison with maintenance, logistics and quality departments
• Generation of standardised production & quality reports

Minimum requirements:

• Secondary technical education or engineering degree
• 2+ years leadership within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production processes and basic LEAN tools
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, stress-resistant
• Communicative English (B1) and proficient computer/ERP handling
