Counter Team Leader (m/f/d) - Bakery & Cheese Counter

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the bakery & cheese counter with commercial responsibility and strong sales focus
• Coach and support the counter team through cooperative, situational and empathic leadership
• Organise, plan and take full ownership of all counter activities
• Create an appealing counter display for our discerning customers
• Serve customers and prepare snacks for our bistro
• Help ensure customers feel welcome and comfortable

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training and first leadership experience, ideally in grocery retail
• Previous counter experience preferred
• Passion for organic products, especially cheese
• Dynamic, responsible and enthusiastic personality
