Training Lead

Your Day at a Glance

At the DT León factory you will oversee all training activities for our growing workforce (white- and blue-collar). Our distribution-transformer production is already running; you will drive its skill-based expansion.

You design role-specific curricula, steer their roll-out and strengthen our recently established training center. The position is based in León.

How You Make an Impact

• Develop and align curricula and training plans for all plant roles with stakeholders
• Lead the project for the new blue-collar training area
• Coordinate training activities with local management and departments
• Book internal and external trainers/mentors; deliver basic trainings as back-up
• Implement global training initiatives locally (tools, content)
• Maintain accurate training records and learner progress in relevant systems

What You Bring

• Engineering or business administration degree or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years' experience as training coordinator or project manager
• Knowledge of distribution transformers advantageous
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with global stakeholders
• Training/education certifications are a plus
• Fluent Spanish and English
